problem about children ticketing

I have booked a train ticket from spiez to millano centrale through SBB. However I accidentally purchased the tickets with the ‘unaccompanied children’ option, even though I am traveling with my two children, aged 10 and 8.

I am aware that there is a reduced ticket price for children traveling with a parent. Is it possible to receive a discount on the children’s ticket price??

I’m concerned if the option I selected will cause any issue while traveling with my children.

The fare for accompanied children simply counts if the children have a Junior Card. This fare is cheaper than the normal children’s fare. In this case, you would have to contact the issuing office to see if the offer can still be exchanged. The best way is to contact the SBB Contact Center directly on 0848 44 66 88 or from abroad +41 51 225 78 00.
