I’m writing to request a refund of my ticket reservation, which I am unable to use due to unforeseen circumstances.
I purchased this round-trip ticket, Geneve-Airport to Paris Gare de Lyon two months ago.But unfortunately, my schedule has changed because of my mom’s eye surgery.
I know that it’s absolutely my problem, but I don’t have any other option for having this ticket.
So if it’s possible, Would you please consider my request for this refund?
