How do I amend wrong date of birth in the purchased tickets?

Hi,

I have purchased tickets from SBB online and a month ago and realized that the date of birth for my travelling mates were incorrectly entered. How do I go about amending for them? We didn’t use Swisspass while puchasing tickets. Appreciate prompt advice as we are travelling in 4 days’ time. Thanking you in advance. Have a great day.

Unfortunately it is not possible to make a correction. You have the possibility to rebook your ticket with the correct date of birth and refund the old ticket. Contact our Railservice here you can get your old ticket refunded.

Thanks, Giuseppe. I have submitted request for refund and purchase new ones for 2. However, the form only asked for the order number but not the ticket IDs. We bought 3 tickets in one order, 2 of which needed a refund. Will it cancel all 3 tickets or just 2 tickets? Wondering if I have to purchase a new ticket for 3rd person whose details are correct and good to go. Thanks.
