I have paid for my GA card for last month and next month, yet my invoice says I still owe 245 francs
I received an invoice yesterday for my outstanding GA Full travel card bill for the previous month. I used the QR code to pay this bill. I then went to SBB in Zurich HB to pay for the next month bill (245 francs). I have thus paid 490 francs in total in 24 hours.
However, on my SwissPass, it says I still owe 245 francs. How? On SwissPass, it even says Payment at your point of sale -> 0 francs for one of the two payments I made. How can this be when the payment has gone through on my end?
