Swiss Half Fare Card

Hi,

I have already scanned through the solutions that you have suggested to other customers and manually added the half fare card to the SBB app but the full fare still come up without fare deduction. Would you advise me how to buy the ticket on the app with half fare please? Thanks a lot!

As mentioned by @FatimaH, you have to enter the reduction manually.

Go to the SBB Mobile app and click on the tab “Tickets & Travelcards”, register the Half-Fare travelcard and confirm (see attached scan).
