How can I refund a supersaver ticket after realizing it is covered in BO Pass?

I bought a supersaver ticket from Interlaken to Luzern and then realized it is covered in our BO Pass. How can I request for a refund for this? Or can I exchange my BO pass for a shorter duration instead so it does not cover my travel from Interlaken to Luzern?

There is usually no refund for Supersaver tickets whose route is actually covered by a tourist travel pass.

You can still try, however:

You must certainly provide a copy of your BO Pass.

If the ticket is refunded, it would mean a courtesy by SBB, there is no obligation, whatsoever.
