Wrongly charged while logged in Swiss Pass

I got a ticket to Milan while logged in my Swiss Pass account and got wrongly charged a full price ticket while i have a halb tax. It has been a week that i am calling, writing and even visitng the Schalter in the Bahnhof and nobody helps me. This was a mistake from system, and it is hard to believe that the best train company in the world don’t assist the customer after a mistake from their own system. Very disappointing. Not swiss quality!
