Unable to reserve after booking: Route not showing in Ticket Shop

Hi,

I booked a pair of first class tickets IC1, IC2 from Geneva Gare Cornavin to Lugano Piazzale Stazione, with a change in Zurich HB. No reservations was prompted on the SBB site when I was completing the payment.

I understand that I can add on reservations on the Ticket Shop site but I am unable to locate the same trip that I have booked. How should I proceed to make the seat reservations?

All information on seat reservation in Switezerland, as well as the the link to the booking page, is available here.

Please note that, on your route, the seat reservation is not compulsory. I suggest you enter just Genève and Lugano as departing and arrival station.
