Italian potion of ticket not opening to view or print

Hi I purchased tickets via SBB. I booked from Milan to Mürren using my Swiss pass and paid the difference for the Milan to Domodossola leg of trip. I received my ticket confirmation via email and the summary but I can only open the tickets from Domodossola to Murren, I can’t open the tickets from Milan to Domodossola and I can’t print them. The Italian leg does not show up in the app either but is on the website when I log in and my email, again I can’t open them. What are my options as I travel tomorrow morning? Thanks
