i would like to check if I am able to obtain refund on the penalty fines paid today on 03.10.2023.
My family and I were earlier at Rumlang at 12:15pm and our ride should be 12:38pm departing from Rumlang.
We took the earlier one not knowing that we are not allowed. We were fined.
May we request for a refund of the penalty fines to be waived off?
