Impossible to upload photo for Swisspass

Hi, I’m trying in vain to upload the photo to receive the Swisspass card, I manage to pass the document verification part, the selfie videos, then it’s impossible to upload the photo. All times calls go to Bad Request, Google Chrome browser, ADBlock disabled, no VPN active. This behavior is the same on more than one PC and I have tried several times.

So that we can perform the ID check with you and that we send you a sms link so that you can upload the photo.
