Ticket refund

I made a ticket refund on the SBB app. I did not receive feedback on whether it was rejected or accepted. There is no trace of my early transactions on the app. Where can I see the status of the refund?

The refund request status cannot be seen.

Whether a refund has been accepted is solely communicated by e-mail. As long as you have not received the e-mail, your refund request has not been treated, or the request was denied as it did not meet the refund conditions.

It usually takes about 5 days to process refund requests. If you have any doubts, please call us at 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) or +41 51 225 78 56 (if you are calling from abroad).
