sbb site is very difficult.

and information is not correct.

The information you have received is both correct. If you drop off the baggage on December 3rd 2023, you will be able to pick it up on December 5th 2023. If you drop it off one day later, you will be able to pick it up on December 6th 2023. It is not necessary to make a reservation in advance.
