Hi Purchased 2 Day Saver passes, correct date but wrong route.. Shows Lausanne to Zermatt in App, but I meant to choose Zermatt to St Moritz, given the passes are for all regions, does it matter?

The Day Saver passes are valid at most trains in Switzerland, it does not matter which route you wanne make.

If you have booked a super save ticket with the route printed on it, then you have to contact the SBB Contact Center for help: Tel. +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) (available 24/7, sometimes you may be required to wait)
