The app does not indicate that a ticket has been refunded; it simply states that a refund has been requested. If your refund request has been accepted, you will get an e-mail with a refund to the original means of payment. As long as you have not received the credit note by SBB, the refund has not been accepted.
Kindly be patient as the refund process may require several days, provided that your request meets all the necessary criteria and is therefore eligible.
