My half fare travel card wasn’t applied during the the purchase, and I have noticed it only after payment. Travel destination is Lausanne - Brig - Milano.
Can you please tell if it’s possible to refund the half fare part for Lausanne - Brig ticket? Or what is the best practice for such situations?
