We had booked ticket for 2 adults and a kid from Paris to Zurich on 30th May at 12:20 pm. We took the cab from the hotel to the train station. The app was showing that we would reach 15 mins before the train departure at the time when we booked the cab. However, we found heavy traffic on the way and lot of red lights in the Paris city and missed the train by 2 mins. We then purchased the tickets for 2:20 pm. We would really appreciate if we could be refunded for our tickets which we couldn’t use. Looks like SNCF does that and it would be really great if SBB can also do the same.
