The beta version of the new SBB.ch homepage has been live since 6 February 2023. Thanks to a wide range of feedback - including from the SBB community - we are able to roll out the homepage. In addition, the results appear directly on the same page as soon as you have entered a "From" and "To". This way you get the timetable results you want even faster. The click on "Search connection" is no longer necessary. - **Share connection parameters:** You can now share individual connections by copying a link. - **Route on a map:** If you look at a connection in detail, you will see the individual route sections or footpaths for transferring marked on the maps. This will help you prepare for the trip. - **The new search:** As soon as you enter search terms in the search field in the header, the search results are displayed on a freshly designed and much clearer results page. Thanks to filters and a clearer structure, you can find the content you are looking for more quickly. - **Quick access to top offers:** Now you can access the most popular offers from our range of tickets, for example GA, Half-Fare travelcard, etc., with just one click. - **Map view with bookable mobility solutions:** The map view shows bicycle parking spaces, car sharing cars and on-demand services, which you can also book directly. Sarah_W When I click earlier or later connections then the connections that were previously visible are no longer shown. That is annoying if I am trying to select a connection, which is the whole point of this feature, I think. The previous website extended the list of connections, that was better.

Unfortunately the new web page doesn’t load for me at all. I’m in the United States. I’ve tried with multiple browsers on multiple computers. I’ve asked friends in different states to also try, with the same result. At least one other person has mentioned such an issue: https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/switzerland/sbb-website-problems. This has been an issue since the redesign launched. I would be happy to provide technical data on request.

Hello everybody,

Thanks to the Information and the time provided from @Mackensen 🙏
we could find out the problem (🚀), which was quite an easy reason but kind of the last thing, that we could think about. Indeed.
The cause was, that the website doesn’t load if in the incorrect time zone.
Tomorrow, in the early morning (Time Zone of … Berlin, Bern, Rome,…), we deploy a Hotfix. It then should be allright!

Sarah_W Hi, I am a bit late on this, but it has become so frustrating, and I don’t really have the time to spend looking for the proper, new thread - I have the same problem as nugs above, in that when submitting a connections/timetables query, only a few results are shown, and one must click ‘later’, but then it seems that viable options are lost, plus the previous connections disappear, and one must click fore and back, even then, not seeing everything. The previous website let one constantly view results as a long list, even when adding ‘earlier/later’. Is there an option to get this essential function back? I could not find anything to improve my experience. Ended up having to open the app, although am trying to work on the computer. Thank you very much for your assistance, and I wish you a wonderful weekend! : )
