You are welcome to buy this ticket provided one of the travelers holds the Swiss Half Fare Card.

Hi RolandP Thank you for your answer. Are there other terms and conditions for this ticket? I am a bit worried because somebody wrote that he had issue with duo travel pass where the ticket inspector did not approve his ticket.

I know about this somebody, I was part of the discussion there as well. But this concerned another product, it was the Day Pass for 2, while you use the Duo Day Pass. The Day Pass for 2 is no longer on sale, for the Day Pass for 2, there is no such restriction concerning the Swiss Half Fare Card.

Initially, when reading your post, I was also confused and mixed-up the two products as I did not have in mind the new offer by Coop, Duo Day Pass.

So I don’t have to be a customer of Coop to use this Duo Day Pass ticket? I only need to have Swiss Half Fare Card for using Duo Day Pass?

No, you do not have to be a Coop customer, it is not a personalised offer. Their newspaper is available in their stores to take out, so everyone can use it.
