Sorry to bother you guys
I am a personal traveler from China, and just finish my switzerland one week (10.2611.01) travel with my wife and it’s really impressive and great. Here are some of our basic information
Swiss travel pass:

Our swiss travel pass were bought through a third party agency in Oct.17, rather than booking directly on your official website.
Something unexpected happened on train to interlaken in 15:13 Oct.28 (the third day of my travel), one of your officer proved that my travel pass was not valid because it’s already refunded at Oct.18. The picture of the sanner from the office can be found in the attachment. So we had to buy two new swiss travel pass to continue our journey.
We are now complaining to the third party agency but they refuse to admit the facts, and it’s the reason why I am requesting help from you guys. I wish you could send me the payment and refunding records of the travel pass I listed in attachment, to help me get my money back.
I’m also worrying that my case might not be rare. some agencies are making illegal benefits through such operation like buying a travel pass and refunding it later, if customers not get checked by your officer on train or bus. or even though some get checked during travel, the agencies can also benefit if customers are not checked at the first day of their travel. I also wonder if there could be some punishment for the illegal agency.
