Free co-riding ticket from SBB 125 years anniversary

Our family has all GA and i and one of my child has received 125 years celebration mit fahrtkarte from SBB. Why we do not all receive such a free card? Does anybody knows?

Please kindly note, only customers who have opted-in to receive marketing information about offers and promotions by e-mail or post will receive these vouchers. SBB is not allowed by law to send information without the explicit agreement from their customers.

Check your SwissPass account on www.swisspass.ch, or the section “Offers & Advertising” on the “Profile” tab of your SBB Mobile App, or contact a counter, or the SBB Contact Center (0848 44 66 88 / CHF 0.08/Min.) to opt-in.

I checked with other 2 member of my family. Both of them have already done that so.
But not News. Because of that? I can not imagine. How can we get another 2 pcs of those free mitfahrkarte? Please kindly let me know. Thanks a lot!

The SBB sales staff can certainly tell you.

As mentioned, please seek advice in any SBB Travel Center or by calling the SBB Contact Center (0848 44 66 88 / CHF 0.08/Min., 24/7, waiting times may occur). From my own experience, the SBB Contact Center is less busy late in the evening, after 9 P.M.
