Dear All, the company where I work gave us the opportunity to make the yearly pass with Arcobaleno bonus. Mine should start the 1st of November, but it was active only today (07.11), so I had to buy the monthly pass fore the month of November. Now can I ask to refund me the monthly pass of November? This period is already covered by the yearly pass. Thanks in adavance for your support
