I have a group of about 20 persons who will travel using Swiss Travel Pass. I have the following questions about group luggage door to door:
1. Is the luggage delivery place limited on the same day? For example, whether Vevey to Bern and Bern to Weggis are collected before 9:00 AM and they are delivered that evening. Personal Express door-to-door luggage I know it’s from the Restricted location.
2. The cost of a group is 300CHF, does it include the Express flat-rate? Does Zermatt also need to add a surcharge for 30CHF ( car-free locations)?

Hello suki, You can find all information about luggage here. Or you can choose an express deadline and your luggage will be delivered to your destination on the same day. Please note that the order must be recorded at least two days before the collection, at the latest by 8 p.m.Collection and/or delivery car-free locations: 30.- per location. Have a nice day.
