I wanted to buy the youth pass for 11/11 but I bought the pass for 10/11 instead by mistake. Is it refundable? because I won’t used the pass at all. I bought the wrong pass on 10/11 the day itself.

I requested for a refund almost immediately after I bought the ticket when I realised I booked the wrong date.

You mean the Youth Day Pass? It should be refundable, the final decision lies with SBB.

The processing of your request can take a few days, though.
