I purchased saver day pass tickets. But I made a mistake.
I chose the wrong discount option. I don’t have half fare travel card.
So I purchased new tickets with no discount.
I want to refund tickets with half fare travel card.(30/12/2023, 02/01/2024)

Refund on the supersaver ticket/Saver Day Pass| SBB

There is no guarantee that the tickets will be refunded. For each request, a CHF 10 admin fee will be deducted from the total amount.
