meoruunnie I’ve just bought a ticket from Täsch to Milano, and all the payment had succeeded. But I can’t access to my tickets. I received the mail, but when I clicked the button, I could see the warning saying “An unknown error has occurred”. Is there anyone who can deal with this problem?

Bijevi29 RolandP Hello Roland P. I am having a similar issue. What concerns me is I’m in the States and purchased or I think I purchased tickets for 2 travelers. I received an email quickly with a ticket. But it only shows 1 passenger name, the class, number of seat as 2, and the coach number. And the amount is 10 CHF for the 2 seats. I have not seen the actual purchase of over 304 CHF come through to my email. These are for a trip on Wednesday 15 November and I dont want there to be any issues for my travelers. Any suggestions?
