04.04.2024 - 1000 Bludenz - Zurich Flughafen.

I have received email confirmation of these tickets BUT I cannot access them. Please can you help me? Herzlichen Dank.

I have bought returntickets from Zermatt 07.02.3024 instead of 07.03.3024. Is it posdible to get a refund and buy new tickets?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience!
The problem might be caused by a pop-up-blocker. Have you tried to deactivate the pop-up-blocker or try to open the ticket link in another browser or another device (e.g. smarthphone / computer)?

Sarah_W Double Tickets for the same connection , Visp -Andermatt-Luzern, 9 and 10 April 2024

I had made mistake by myself, bought SBB Train tickets for 4 people, route Visp -Andermatt-Luzern, 9 April 2024. And I recognized that the date is wrong. So I bought it again for the right day, 10 April 2024. I would like to get my refund for the 9 April 2024, please.

I understand, it’s totally my fault. Just want to know if it can be refund or not.
