Hello, I was fined at the train control because I bought the wrong ticket on Sunday evening. The fine amount was 100 chf. I was waiting for the mail to make the payment, but today I noticed. My old address is registered in the system. Can I make the payment online? Or can I do it from SBB center?

It’s not possible to pay this fine online. You can contact the legal department by telephone to change your address on 0848 00 11 33 (local rate / Monday-Friday 9.00am-4.00pm) or by e-mail at the following address: fahrausweiskontrolle@sbb.ch
