You are comparing two different products which are in fact not comparable.
The cost of a point-to-point ticket is fixed while the cost of the Saver Day Pass is flexible and certainly gets higher the nearer the travel date. It might be CHF 52 now and CHF 90 in two weeks: demand and availability.
And, the Saver Day Pass comes with restrictions: it is not refundable after purchase while the point-to-point is refundable until the one day before the travel date.
So my advice: save the Saver Day Pass now or go with the point-to-point ticket.
