Hi All,

I tried to buy ticket from basel to strasbourg for 22nd Dec 2023, any time i try it said journey is full booked or have some problems. i also tried to buy today’s ticket and some other dates, but same thing happen. i tried from mobile apps, its stated ticket purchased cant be done.
can please anyone inform me what happen?

There was a technical problem yesterday. It works now again. However, there is no need to purchase this type of ticket in advance. You could even buy it at the station before boarding.

Please check: Basel SBB to Strasburg (TER SNCF). Probably you have tried to book a ticket from Basel Bad Bahnhof to Strasburg, via Freiburg.

These types of tickets do not run out, this is a regional train not requiring seat reservations.
