I purchased two train tickets from Geneva to Paris on sbb.ch, but the website shows that the payment was unsuccessful after I made the payment. However, my bank account shows that the money is pending. Could SBB help me to confirm that the purchase was unsuccessful and cancel the payment?

Hello Giekubaqu23

The amount has not yet been debited from your accoont, it was reserved only. In the event of an unsuccessful payment the reservation will be cancelled after a few hours.

In order to successfully purchase tickets on sbb.ch your credit card has to support 3D secure ID. Talk to your bank if the payment fails again.
