If you bought your travel card online, you can find your receipt by logging into your account on SBB.ch and selecting ‘Orders’.
If, however, you bought it at the counter or by phone, you will need to call us on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) or ask any SBB counter. Here you will find our opening hours.
