Can I change no discount to Half-fare card on the purchased tickets

Hi All,

I’ve already bought 4 routes with 4 people with no discount.
However, I found that we actually need the half-fare card for this trip.
Is there any way to change it or the only thing I can do is to refund the tickets and purchase again?

Yes, this is possible. A CHF 10 admin fee per request will apply, though. And, you have to buy the new tickets before you apply for a refund.
