The SwissPass card costs CHF 30, but only if it is a replacement, i.e. if you order it voluntarily.
If you have received a SwissPass without requesting it, it means that your previous card is over 5 years old - in this case you have no costs to pay. The new SwissPass is sent automatically and free of charge to all customers with active public transport subscriptions. More information is available here.
