As a general saying, it is your responsibility to be in the possession of a valid ticket before boarding the train. A technical issue, a delay in the processing of your purchase, or even a short interruption of your internet connection is always possible. If the purchase is not completed on time, you are not allowed to board the train with immediate departure.
