Hello everyone,
This year I’ve been traveling from Lugano to Basel via a direct train. There were a few direct trains during the day, but I was normally taking the 06:54 train. When I search this week I don’t find any direct trains. I searched the information center, but don’t see any announcement that they canceled this route. Does anyone have information on this?

Thank you for your request.

Between 20 and 30 November, only 1 direct train will run from Lugano to Basel (departure 21h02). This was due to work on the line between Sursee und Sempach-Neuenkirch. From 1st December, direct trains will once again run every two hours.

The timetable has been updated. Thank you for your understanding.
