Hi AVAR1979
Thank you for your message.
Based on the tickets mentioned, everything is correct for the adult passengers and the children under the age of 6.
Please note: Supersaver tickets are only valid for the selected date of travel and the selected public transport connection (train connection). Point-to-point tickets are valid for one calendar day until 05:00 on the following day (without a train connection).
A Day Pass Children would have been sufficient for the child over 6 years of age if the outward and return journeys take place on the same day. If you purchased both Day Pass Children via the SBB Mobile app, you can submit a refund request. To do so, open the double-purchased Day Pass Children and then click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner. Then click on “Refund ticket”. Select the refund reason “Double purchase” and give reasons for non-use in the text field below. You can find instructions on refunds for tickets purchased via SBB.ch here: https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/refunds-compensation/refunds-compensation/ticket-refunds.html
I hope I have been able to help.
Best regards,
FabianBl
