Hi, I’m a customer of sbb and I got a ticket from Zürich HB to Salzburg(Direct train) in Dec 14 accidentally. I’m not sure if I could make this schedule, and I am wondering if I can request for the refund later before departure after I have fixed schedule. Can I get the refund of the ticket if I request if before Dec 14?
