Pick up reserved ticket from Milan to Bern

Hello,

I’ve just purchased a ticket from Milano Centrale to Bern.

Before the payment 3 options were displayed to get the ticket: via online app, printing it out and picking it up from SSB counter in Switzerland.

After the payment, the only option I had was to pick the ticket up from a counter in Switzerland.

Is there another way to get my ticket? As I’m travelling from Milan to Bern, therefore I can’t pick it up in the destination country.

Thank you for your request.

Didn’t you print your ticket? I think you have received a confirmation email. You cannot collect a ticket in Italy, that you bought online in Switzerland. I advise you to contact our hotline directly at +41 51 225 78 00.
For data protection reasons, we do not have information about our customers’ orders via Community.

many thanks for your reply. Since the ticket I bought was for today’s train, in the end I called your customer service office already yesterday and indeed they confirmed to me it was not possible to collect the ticket at any counter in Italy, neither print it out as it was not a printable one.
