A successful purchase is always completed by a purchase confirmation e-mail.
If you haven’t received such an e-mail from SBB (check your Spam folder) and you are certain to have correctly entered your e-mail address as part of your passenger data, the purchase attempt was not successful.
The amount showing up on your bank account is not a proof of a successful purchase, it could mean a reservation of the amount only. Check your bank account again in a few hours.
In order to successfully purchase a ticket, your credit card has to support 3D secure ID.
