Hi, I just bought swiss travel pass from KKDay. How to link it to my sbb apps? From the voucher i got, I couldn’t find the customer no and postcode. Please assist and thank you so much

This is not possible. The Swiss Travel Pass cannot be added to the SBB Mobile App, same applies for other tickets that were bought from a third-party supplier.

You are welcome to present your Swiss Travel Pass as PDF on your phone. A printed copy is always helpful in case your device has no more battery.

Please kindly note, the Swiss Travel Pass is only valid in combination with your physically available passport, or your official ID card, or your driving licence; they must be presented together upon ticket check.

According to the SBB website, if you purchase a Swiss Travel Pass directly from SBB online and while logged in with a SwissPass ID, you should be able to link to and display your Swiss Travel Pass to the app. I have just done this, but there does not appear to be any way to add the Travel Pass to the app.
If this is NOT possible, then the information on the website needs to be fixed so that one is not lead to believe that this is possible. If it is possible, please can you tell me what I need to do?
