Hello SBB community! I am travelling to Switzerland from 21 December 2023 to 6 January 2024 with my partner. We are both under 25 and are not citizens of Switzerland. I am interested to purchase [The GA Travelcard for young persons](https://www.sbb.ch/en/tickets-offers/travelcards/ga-travelcard/ga-travelcard-youth.html) for the duration of our travel. May I seek clarification on the following 2 questions: 1. As a foreigner, am I eligible to purchase The GA Travelcard for young persons? 2. If so, am I able to purchase it for just 1 month? Or is my purchase for a minimum of 6 months? Thank you.

The equivalent for one month would the 1-month GA Travel Card; it has no minimum contract period and no auto-renewal. Yes, you could purchase it as foreigner as well, it is issued as paper ticket in this case. I am travelling to Switzerland from 21 December 2023 to 6 January 2024 with my partner. We are both under 25 and are not citizens of Switzerland.

I am interested to purchase The GA Travelcard for young persons for the duration of our travel. May I seek clarification on the following 2 questions:

As a foreigner, am I eligible to purchase The GA Travelcard for young persons?
If so, am I able to purchase it for just 1 month? Or is my purchase for a minimum of 6 months?

This GA travel card has a minimum contract period of 6 month initially. The equivalent for one month would the 1-month GA Travel Card; it has no minimum contract period and no auto-renewal. Yes, you could purchase it as foreigner as well, it is issued as paper ticket in this case.
