Refresh the page: try refreshing the order page on the SBB website or in the SBB Mobile app. To do this, drag the page down in the app or refresh the page in the web browser.
Check the display period: Make sure that you have selected the correct period for displaying your orders. Sometimes older orders are not displayed by default.
Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection to load your orders. A poor connection can result in the information not loading.
