I am an exchange student at the University of Zurich in Switzerland this semester. I bought your half-price card in September. When I first came here, I asked your staff at the train station. They recommended me to buy this card and said I could refund it when I left. I bought it for the original price of 185. Although I am a student with no income, you have an age requirement of 25 years old. I can understand, but I don’t understand why I now find that this GA card cannot be refunded. I have not used it for more than 3 months, and you have a two-month half-price card trial coupon for 33. Why can’t I get part of the funds refunded for the half-price card I bought at the original price? Or to offset part of the money applying for a month GA?
I think it’s really a shame to have you sbb in Switzerland. I have never hated a country’s transportation company so much. Just bad money for no reason.
