Train Seat Reservation Change

I have purchase 7 tickets for my family on 23 Dec 2023, from Brig to Venezia. I found that the seats are not consecutive. May I know how to change to seat reservation? I cannot email to reach the SBB office. Thanks.

Although the seat numbers are not always consecutive, it is still likely that you are seated next to each other. Did you already check the seat map? https://www.seat61.com/reference/trainseatplans/etr610.pdf?dl=0

23 December the trains will be extremely busy. It is likely that no other seats are available.

Actually there are no option for me to choose the seats during I purchase. I thought that I can choose the seats after I paid but finally the system allocated the seats to me automatically. May I change the seat to sit together because our group including senior and kids. Thank you!
