Hello,

I could not take a train Milano-Basel leaving at 9:50 from Milano Centrale station because an Italian train was cancelled and I could not be at Milano Centrale station on-time.

I had to book a second train Milano-Basel leaving at 11:20 because I missed the previous train

I understand that this problem was not caused by SBB. Can I still ask for reimbursement of train Milano-Basel leaving at 9:50?
