Sorry to bother you. I have a question to ask for anyone who would be so kind as to respond.
I bought my ticket from the SNCF App from Strasbourg to Bern. I have the ticket for the Strasbourg-BaselSBB route and it is perfect. But the App did not give me the ticket that goes from BasellSBB to Berne since it belongs to another company and tells me that I must print the ticket at the station with the reference code that I do have. My question is, is there a way, from the SBB App, in which I can enter the reference code and download the ticket to my phone without having to print it at the station? since the wait is only 20 minutes and I’m afraid I won’t have enough time, plus it’s the first time I’ve traveled to Switzerland and I don’t know the station.

Be careful. Please, kindly read the instructions again. You are required to get all tickets from the station office or ticketing machine in France. The reference code by SNCF is useless in Switzerland and you cannot access the tickets while being outside of France. You must be in the possession of all tickets before leaving our neighbour’s territory.

RolandP Thank you so much for your respond. I understand your explanation, it would even be better for me to print the ticket here in France. The thing is that the second train that goes from BaselSBB to Bern the company says is Intercity or that it is a foreign train. It is not a train of the French company SNCF.

You have to get the ticket for the SBB IC train in Switzerland from SNCF in France. They will issue a paper ticket for the Swiss railways part.

Again, it is clearly stated on their train booking page when you buy tickets for Switzerland with SNCF, see point 2:

There is no way to retrieve the SNCF ticket in Switzerland. You will have to pay for a new ticket with elevated surcharge if you travel with a booking code from SNCF on an SBB train as you are considered a passenger without valid ticket.

It would have been more convenient to buy a ticket to Basel SBB with SNCF, and the Swiss stretch with SBB. Or, the entire journey with SBB (www.sbb.ch/en).
