Hi, I have booked Flight door to door luggage online to transport my luggage from Zurich airport to home. However it’s mentioned that I must attach the SBB transport labels, including the green sleeve to the bag. Since I am abroad I don’t have the green sleeve, but only have the labels I received in the email. Could you please let me know if green sleeve is mandatory and if there is na alternative?
