I have submitted a request for a ticket refund due to incorrectly entering a birthdate. I have received a communication from you regarding purchasing another ticket and sending the ticket numbers for both the incorrectly purchased ticket and the new ticket for me to be able to receive a refund. I have done that, but have not heard back regarding whether it was accepted or not. What is the expected timeframe for the refund to be processed? Thank you!
