I have gone through the ticket selection process to book return tickets from Zurich FH to Zermatt on 16th Dec, returning a week later. It is offering me “Saver Day Pass” tickets. I’d like to know if these can be used on any route on either journey (outward and return)? If our flight is delayed, for example, then we may miss the original train I clicked on when selecting the tickets. If that train (say 10.00) was via X but there was a train we could get at 10.30 via Y, is that ok?
The info box on the tickets says the following:
Valid for one person in the GA Travelcard area of validity.
Valid for one calendar day until 5 a.m. on the following day.
Only available when booking in advance.
Limited availability in terms of day of travel and price band.
“Valid for one calendar day” would imply I can use them on any route during that day, but I’d like to confirm! Thank you!
